Delivery Information

Delivery times quoted are estimates and are as follows:
Express UK (1-3 working days)
Standard UK (5-7 working days)
Rest of the world (7-14 working days)
These times are not guaranteed and please allow 1 extra working day for order preparation.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy. Any returns received after that time will not be refunded or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):  Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable):  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping:  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
